Ms. Sumedha Bhangale is an Independent Trustee of MO GIFT City Funds. She brings extensive expertise in legal and compliance matters in the financial sector.

Mr. Pradeep Iyer is an Independent Trustee of MO GIFT City Funds with a background in international finance and cross-border investment structures.

He has worked extensively with GIFT City entities and brings domain expertise in IFSCA regulations, unit trust frameworks, and FATF compliance requirements relevant to international mutual fund structures.

Ms. Kavita Sharma is an Independent Trustee of MO GIFT City Funds. She has over 22 years of experience in legal practice, specialising in securities law, SEBI regulations, and fund governance.

Ms. Sharma has advised numerous domestic and offshore asset managers on regulatory compliance, scheme documentation, and investor grievance redressal. Her deep knowledge of IFSCA’s regulatory framework is invaluable to the Trust.
